[Spectrum 2.0] Comments/ errata

Hi.. just as a reminder, the Spectral2.0 model is a pre-STC2, VODML,
Dataset/Cube updates model.

It is not a vo-dml compliant model, though I did start folding in those
practices when putting the UML together.
I expect there are at least a few other utypes in the list which would
change if compared to a vodml counterpart.
