New Revision of the VO-DML WD

Dear IVOA DMers,

The discussions at the Madrid Interop, as well as the work done on
implementations since then (e.g., Python reference implementation, Image
and STC2 Data Models) have provided much feedback to the VO-DML document(s).

A new revision of the Mapping document will follow soon.

Feedback is welcome as usual.

Here is a list of changes:
- Reviewed Abstract.
- Added a new introduction/executive-summary and renamed old introduction
as Data Integration
- Reformulated reference to UTYPEs in Data Integration section. Moved part
of that in the Mapping Document.
- Actualized Data Integration section (removed conditionals, reference to
the history of the document, and so on).
- Removed section 5.3 (UTYPEs).
- Renamed Referencable -> Referable.
- Clarified that vodml-id is only required to be unique, but SHOULD be
human-readable according to the grammar in Appendix D.
- Removed Section C.4 (VODML/I)
- Added a "NORMATIVE" qualifier to the section describing the language
itself.
- Model does not extend Package anymore. The section about Model is the
normative section changed the most, in order to clarify the use of
name-prefix, and the use of Model imports.
- Added 'version' in ModelProxy.
- Removed 'ivoid' in ModelProxy.
- Clarified that only models directly used must be imported.
- Clarified uniqueness of DataType instances, and that the spec does not
mandate whether they should be immutable or not.
- Clarified the VO-UML attribute notation.
- Added few clarifications to the Collection/Composition and Reference
section (navigation of instances, life cycles).
- Subsets/Redefines: I took the name "subsets" but I explicitly added that
this element combines UML's "redefines" and "subsets" concepts.
- Removed isOrdered section.
