UML Diagrams of Draft STC2.0

[Arnold Rots]

I have been working on developing STC2.0 under VO-DML and put the UML
diagrams of a first draft at

http://hea-www.cfa.harvard.edu/~arots/nvometa/STC2.0draft/

(Apologies for this rather spartan page, but I couldn't quite figure out
how to put them under Volute)

I am getting ready to make a second pass through the draft later this month,
but wanted to give you some idea of where this is going.
