ObsCoreDM changes impact

Dear all,

As a consequence of the ongoing task to align the diferent ongoing DMs
(ImageDM and SpectralDM) with ObsCore, it has been found some discrepancies on ObsCore
that could be corrected

The proposed changes are describing at:

As commented by Mark, one possible approach is an ObsCoreDM update (although this was
not in the original schedule)

We would like to evaluate the impact of a possible spec update so the question is, for the
people who has implemented ObsTAP (or are making use of ObsCoreDM), how many of you
are using these ObsCoreDM utypes? 

If any of you are making use of them, please let us know. It is possible that, as
the main services are ObsTAP ones, utypes are less (not) relevant compared to IDs
