ImageDM Twiki update - FYI

All,

I just updated the ImageDM twiki page.

I've added a "Discussion Points" section and seeded it with the current set
of open threads.
I'm hoping to use this format to organize the topics and the resulting
choices/decisions as we move the document forward from the drop that Doug
will be turning in shortly.

I will add topics that I am interested in discussing, and I know there are
some questions regarding ObsData and Redshift axis.  I'm not thrilled with
the formatting.. indents seem to get lost.
