Characterisation data model

Dear all,
     You can find attached  a new version of the working draft:

"Characterisation DM: Complements and new features Observation quality 
and variability - complex datasets"
   Version 2.0

Last version had been posted on 2011, August the 22nd and was available 
at the following URL since then:
http://wiki.ivoa.net/internal/IVOA/CharacterisationDataModel/NewChar2.pdf

The comments received during last year and at the interops have been 
taken into account. A new focus has been made
on radio visibility data and polarization data.

Xml schema and utype list will come before Sao Polo interop.
