Spectral Data Model V2.0 working draft

Data Modelers,

A working draft of the Spectral DM V2.0 is available from the IVOA

This draft initiates a four weeks period of comments within the working 
group.
Comments will be greatly appreciated.

Open Issues:
   The last page lists 3 open issues to discuss.  I don't necessarily 
expect the UTYPEs
   and FITS serialization to be resolved for this iteration, but would 
like to discuss.

   In addition, I think the document needs to have some more specific 
text regarding the
   use of, and distinction between the UCD "phot.flux.density" and 
"phot.flux" within this
   model.  In application, we are seeing serializations using the 
'phot.flux' UCD which,
   is not legal according to the current document.  I understand that 
this is an OLD
   discussion and I don't want to re-hash it, but if it is illegal to 
use 'phot.flux',
   I would like to specifically state that in this revision.
