no Characterisation DM on arXiv

Hi,

Yes, there is! Unfortunately arXiv is very picky about the format of the 
PDF files it accepts and for some reason it wouldn't accept that one no 
matter what I tried. I'm working with Mireille on getting a new version 
to publish there. Stay tuned! Hopefully soon...
