A new impetus for data modeling in the IVOA

Dear VO members,

After the Napoli interoperability meeting I have stopped my duties as 
Data Modeling WG chair.
I want to thank all collaborators from these groups and people met at 
the various meetings
for the fruitful discussions we had during this time.
Also thanks to astronomers from the various projects for beeing patient 
and didactic with technical people like me.
This was a great time and experience .

Now the work continues with Jesus Salgado as chair and Omar Laurino as 
vice-chair.
