Dear Jaiwon,

This effort has been idle more or less for some time since the interop  
meeting in Strasbourg 2009.
I checked briefly and updated the last version on the Data Model Units page:

The reference section had a broken link to the AST library that is now  
fixed , thanks to David Berry.
