ObsCore enters into the TCG review phase

Dear all,

After latest updated version uploaded by Mireille some days ago and a
verification that this version covers the main issues found during the
working group review on the DM side, ObsCore enters officially into TCG
review phase.

As this RFC period will overlap the holidays period, the period will be
longer than 4 weeks: 21-July/15-September 

I would like to congratulate Mireille here for all the effort done in
