Photometry data model working draft

Dear all ,

Here is a new version of the draft of the Photometry data model
prepared in the frame work of the Euro-VO effort in the last months.
The previous version was presented in Victoria in the DM 3 session.

This document focuses on the description of the filter response ( or  
transmission) parameters and zeropoint reference in order to describe  
an SED.

This approach seems complementary to the one issued yesterday by  
Jonathan (VAO) that takes into account aperture photometry and how  
existing DM like Spectrum can be re-used to support SED data points in  
details .

We shall discuss about the convergence of both schemes during the DM  
session 1.
