Simulation database data model : note to review

Dear DM fans ,

The theory Interest group has published a Note about the data model 
defined for simulation data. This is a mature work that can be endorsed 
by the data model WG after the presentation and discussion in Nara.

Please read the last version of the document *SimDB-DataModel.doc* and 
the other related docs available here:
