Time series data

Enrique - We definitely want to work toward a common approach.
We already made one pass here looking at what you have done with
OMC/COROT, but we should get together and compare notes on what
is required for a common interface supporting all these projects.
We are also trying to coordinate this with what is being done for SED
and Photometry and no doubt it will eventually feed back to some sort
of SSA update.
