STC in VOTable: Common container?

Hi Markus,

Just 2 questions / comments:

1. Do you plan to have a session on the STC/Votable note
   in Victoria ? And if yes did you ask for a slot ?

2. About your yesterday's proposals:
   so you are proposing to mix in a single group
   both AstroCoordSystem and AstroCoords elements.
   But there are really two distinct cases:

   2a. the coordinates are in a system well known and
       described in STC -- in this case the AstroCoordSystem
       group is not necessary and a single AstroCoords
       group could be enough if a correct reference to STC
       is included in this group (as you do in your last
       example -- but the utype of the GROUP could be
       stc:AstroCoords; note that the PARAM requires a name)

   2b. the coordinates are in a non-STC-described frame:
       then the 2 groups are really closer to STC than the
       mixture of parameters in a single GROUP.
