Francois,

I have two comments, related to STC use:

1. There are references to stc:AstroCoordSystem.SpaceFrame.CoordRefFrame
   with value="ICRS". That CoordRefFrame should not be there: ICRS is
   an element of type SpaceRefFrame. I suppsoe it could be:
   stc:AstroCoordSystem.SpaceFrame.SpaceRefFrame value="ICRS"

2. In your examples RA and DEC are tied, correctly, to STC, but
   Doppler veleocities are not. I would strongly suggest that these be
   referneced to the AstroCoordSystem as well; it's the Redshift
   coordinate.
