Obs DM (Container, char Provenance) side-meeting in Baltimore: when and where?

Hi all,
The Observation DM side-meeting will take place this evenning at 5:15 sharp
in John Hopkins B475 . It will finsih at 6:30 allowing people to go 
back to the
hotel and pick up the bus for the conference reception.

     M Louys as DM WG lead and myself (ccordinating Obs DM effort) propose
to concentrate on defining the work process towards the achievment of 
two drafts
One on Observation/container and Provenance and the other one on
Characterization 2 (Extensions to IVOA characterization model)

     We will not have the time to discuss details but It would be nice to
define how we can do it in the near future.
