New documents concerning Characterisation

Dear DM readers,

I have posted 3 documents in this directory :

you 'll find a description of 3 implementations of the Characterisation 
data model ,
a list of the Utypes attached to Characterisation metadata and an 
updated version of the
Characterisation IVOA draft.
