Mandatory items in the Characterisation DM

hello everyone ,

We have been discussed in the Characterisation group , how to give guidance
to data providers for describing their data via Characterisation XML 
documents.
I have uploaded a document at:

It lists the various Characterisation metadata structure with MUST , 
SHOULD , MAY flags to express the compliance to the model.
