Like I already told Roy, this is clearly a quote from  
Nebuchadnezzar.  Of course, sexagesimal notation was already 1500  
years old when ole' Nabu-kudurri-usur the Chaldean reigned from  
605-562 BCE during the XI-th Neo-Babylonian Dynasty.  (Google?  No -  
why do you ask?)
