[OBSERVATION]UML diagrams for Observation data model

Dear all,

I've just installed new UML diagrams for the IVOA data model
see the web pages at :
http://alinda.u-strasbg.fr/IDHA/dmobsIvoa/
Main changes from the previous version presented in Boston
Interoperability meeting emphasize the Characterisation Class and the 
related classes: Location, Support , Bounds, etc...

I tried to assign properties to these classes (coded as attributes in
the UML jargon).
The class description is available by clicking on the classes name in
the index (left frame) or on the class box on the graphics.

I hope this can be a useful contribution to the completion of a 
Characterisation Data Model to be proposed for recommendation during the
Puna meeting.
I invite all of you to give some feedback on this, specially attributes
names, and suggestions for any missing metadata.
