TreeView tool - including VOTable support

Hi

we have released a new tool whch allows one to browse structured data. It
has recently been enhanced by adding VOTable support.

The VOTable capabilities includes support of STREAM data - for example
pointing to an external FITS file. 

We are beginning to support this tool on MSWindows, in addition to the more
usual Linux, Solaris and Tru64.

We will be tidying up the VOtable access library in the coming weeks.

Hope this is of interest. We are improving the tool rapidly so please keep
