DOI note announcement

Dear DCP followers,

The DCP interest group is pleased to announce the publication of the  
DOI best practice note.
The note focuses on astronomical datasets. It aims to help data centres 
familiarise themselves with the DOI publication process and the DOIs 
Schema (DataCite schema)  illustrated with practical examples .
