Data Origin in VOTable (next step)

Dear DataCP followers,

We worked on an update of "Data Origin" (see 
https://www.ivoa.net/documents/DataOrigin/).

Data Origin is a light Provenance, made up of a lists of terms , easily 
added in VOTable, to improve the traceability of data
queried through the Virtual Observatory.

In this new version, some terms have been modified to have something 
more compatible with VOResource (registry).
The text and the plan have been revised too.

We plan to push this draft version soon.
An extract of the Data Origin terms could be used by DALI in a next version.
