Greetings, all.

Thomson Reuters have published a rather interesting 'white paper' on 'Creating Value with Identifiers in an Open Data World':

The content isn't particularly startling, if you're into that sort of thing, but it gathers a number of bits of good advice together, in a fairly compact way.  It has a rather Linked Data slant to it, but that's a good thing.
