Dear VOLLT users,<br>
<br>
The splinter session dedicated to technical discussion about VOLLT
will take place on <b>Tuesday 9 June</b> immediately after the last
session <b>at 17:30</b> in the <b>room 103</b>. It should last up
to 1 hour.<br>
<br>
Note that even if you did not vote for the event date, you can still
come if you are interested.<br>
<br>
Cheers,<br>

VOLLT users,
<br>
<br>
I organize (improvize) a splinter for technical discussions about
my library set called VOLLT.
<br>
As the interop program is quite dense this year, I try to find a
slot when we could have a such discussion.
<br>
I have a few suggestions. Anyone interested in participating in
this discussion is invited to vote for the most convenient date:
<br>
<br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://evento.renater.fr/survey/splinter-vollt-hb9olytv?lang=en">https://evento.renater.fr/survey/splinter-vollt-hb9olytv?lang=en</a>
<br>
<br>
As you can see, it often takes place during the lunch break. Then,
it will take place in a room at the conference venue.
<br>
Another possibility is one hour before the social dinner (on
Tuesday). However, given the time, this option may take place at
the Observatory (~15 min walk from the conference venue).
<br>
<br>
In theory, it could be possible in parallel of the Exec meeting on
Wednesday, but the TCG/Exec has requested that this slot be left
empty.
<br>
<br>
Of course, any other suggestion is welcome.
<br>
<br>
Cheers,
<br>
Grégory M.
