As you may already know, the Simple Cone Search protocol has not
been<br>
updated for years. Marco is now in charge of editing this
document and has<br>
already started to collect ideas for the next versions (see <a
href="https://github.com/ivoa-std/ConeSearch/issues"
moz-do-not-send="true">GitHub Issues</a>).<br>
<br>
Some issues have already been fixed with the intention to
release a minor<br>
revision: 1.1. The idea of this version is to align it as much
as possible with<br>
UCD1+ and DALI (e.g. MAXREC, RESPONSEFORMAT). More features are
of<br>
course planned for future versions (major?).<br>
<br>
Marco, Joshua and I would like to start this discussion with as
many people as possible, because this is one of the most used
DAL protocols. To find the best<br>
date for this DAL Running Meeting, please, fill the following
poll:<br>
