ConeSearch-1.1 Working Draft is out for WG review

Dear DAL,

an updated WD for ConeSearch-1.1 is available
on the IVOA Documents Repository:

as well as on the github repo where it gets developed

https://github.com/ivoa-std/ConeSearch

It should have fixed all issues related to
the 1.1 features expected, apart from having
a proper OpenAPI document attached to it
(working on it).

Please, review the out-coming specification,
comment here in thread, or add new issues
on the github repo. There might be time to
discuss way forward in Perth.

If nothing controversial comes up, it will
be brought to the attention of the interop
community in PR form to finalise the steps.
