Broken links to ADQL 2.00 REC

On https://ivoa.net/documents , the link for ADQL 2.00 *looks* OK:

https://www.ivoa.net/Documents/cover/ADQL-20081030.html

but the target appears to have been overwritten at some point.

The page that loads appears to have the content of the cover page for the ADQL 2.1 REC (i.e., https://www.ivoa.net/Documents/ADQL/20231215/index.html), but the document links (html, pdf, tex) are broken and don't either reach the 2.1 text or the 2.00 text.  (This is most likely because they're relative links and no "20231215" directory exists under "https://www.ivoa.net/Documents/cover".)

Please find a way to restore the 2.00 landing page; quite a few services still implement this version.
