DAL roadmap review

Dear DAL members,

First of all, I forgot to do so during the DAL closing remarks, I am 
sorry for that, but I would like to warmly thank all speakers and 
participants during the Strasbourg's Interop 😉

According to me, our sessions (joint or not) went very well and clearly 
show what we should focus on for the next months.

About that, Joshua and I have updated the DAL roadmap for the next 5-6 
months (until the next IVOA Interop. Meeting):

I strongly encourage DAL standards editors (and authors) to review this 
roadmap. Please tell Joshua and I whether it is too optimistic, 
pessimistic or incorrect and, more importantly, tell us if it is OK for 
you, when it is the case.
