Proposition of Erratum for ADQL-2.1

Dear DAL members,

Following some comments I have received, the Erratum wording has been
a bit changed. I have also renamed the file for the textual form into
`adql-bnf.txt` (instead of `adql.bnf`).

Changes I want to apply once the Erratum if/will be approved are visible in
the following Pull Request: #105
<https://github.com/ivoa-std/ADQL/pull/105>.

Until now, there is no opposition to this Erratum ; only approvals.
If it is still the case, I will proposed this to the TCG.

Cheers,
Grégory
