Proposition of Erratum for ADQL-2.1

Dear DAL members,

Following the proposition made (hum...2 years ago) in the GitHub Issue 
#78 <https://github.com/ivoa-std/ADQL/issues/78>,
I propose an erratum for ADQL-2.1 in order to add 2 alternative versions 
of the
ADQL BNF grammar as auxiliary files:

- textual version <https://github.com/ivoa-std/ADQL/blob/master/adql.bnf>
   (which is actually the source of the grammar include in the ADQL 
document)
- HTML version <https://github.com/ivoa-std/ADQL/blob/master/adql-bnf.html>
   (with links to easily navigate inside the BNF ; quite useful for easy and
   quick discovery of this grammar)

Both are only available in GitHub. The idea of this erratum is to make them
also available through the IVOA Document Repository. Links toward these 
files
will then be added inside the Appendix A of the ADQL-2.1 document showing
the entire BNF.

I have already written the Erratum in the IVOA's twiki:

I strongly encourage anyone interested into ADQL to take a look on this.

If no disagreement, I plan to present this erratum at the next TCG meeting
in two weeks.
