I've actually put in drafts for these now. If you have an interest
in the Registry aspects or the transition plan (that in particular;
spoiler: the optimistic scenario is for shutting down ConeSearch-1 in
the summer of 2031), I'd encourage you to have a look now. If there
are rather fundamental concerns, I'd do another round of edits in my
private repo. Otherwise, I'd ask Pat to move it to ivoa-std next
week and we'd switch to edits via PRs.
