DAL Running Meeting #21 - Cone Search 1.1

Dear IVOA members,

As you may already know, the Simple Cone Search protocol has not been
updated for years. Marco is now in charge of editing this document and has
already started to collect ideas for the next versions (see GitHub 
Issues <https://github.com/ivoa-std/ConeSearch/issues>).

Some issues have already been fixed with the intention to release a minor
revision: 1.1. The idea of this version is to align it as much as 
possible with
UCD1+ and DALI (e.g. MAXREC, RESPONSEFORMAT). More features are of
course planned for future versions (major?).

Marco, Joshua and I would like to start this discussion with as many 
people as possible, because this is one of the most used DAL protocols.

date for this DAL Running Meeting, please, fill the following poll:

There are 3 possible dates (in early September), each with only one time. If
none of these dates and times are good for you, please let us know by
proposing an alternative in comment or by email to Joshua or myself.

The final date for this meeting will be announced on the 1st of September.
