Dear Jos,

Yes, you're perfectly right. Sorry for this mistake. `ivo_epoch_prop` is 
not yet part of the UDF Catalogue. This is the subject of the frozen 
PullRequest #20 <https://github.com/ivoa-std/udf-catalogue/pull/20>. I 
should have been more careful when sending this email. Thank you for 
raising these points.
