I made a couple of comments on the original PR#5
(https://github.com/ivoa-std/Vocabularies/pull/5, now merged) -
sorry that's probably not the optimal way to do it, but you'll
get the idea.

Sounds fine to me.  I'll admit I haven't attempted to understand the
underlying RDF issues, but I'll assume you have.
Once done I will adjust taplint, which currently issues an E-EXA-EXCR
if it encounters a missing (or non-empty) resource on a continuation
element.
