ADQL 2.1 RFC

Dear VO Community,

The Data Access Layer working group invite you to review the Proposed 
Recommendation on ADQL v2.1.

The RFC period will run from 25 April 2023 to 20 June 2023.

ADQL is a standard query language based on SQL and adapted for 
astronomical purpose. The proposed minor revision fixes some parts of 
ADQL-2.0 and adds the notion of optional features which lets add some 
needed SQL features as well as new interesting astronomical functions.
