Observation Locator TAP - WD 1.0 is available

Dear DAL,
the Observation Locator Table Access Protocol has now
reached the WD 1.0 maturity level.
You can find the document in the IVOA document repo, here:

Please start looking at it and comment because there are
already implementations and interoperability checks and
we would like to move forward to Proposed Recommendation
in the near future.
