SLAP-2.0 WD now available in the repository

Dear DAL,
and DM for cross-dependency,
please take notice that the

Working Draft for Simple Line Access Protocol version 2.0

is now available on the IVOA Document Repository.
(http://www.ivoa.net/documents/SLAP/20190222/)

This WD is the document that will reach PR status as soon as
the Simple Spectral Line Data Model v.2.0 reached VO-DML maturity.

In the meantime you are all welcome to comment on it to reach
agreement within the working group.
