      This email to make you aware than the notes from the DataLink 
splinter session hold in Paris last may have been eventually completed. 
Additional material (including a preliminary internal draft of 1.1) is 
also provided.

      Thanks To Marco for providing his notes and to Mark Taylor for 
doing the open office --> ivoatex conversion on which the IWD source is 
based.
