SSL data model working draft

Hello DMers,

The 2nd release of the Single Spectral Line data model (SSLDM) is now a 
public working draft.

Both draft and VO-DML stuff are accessible on Volute:

    - https://volute.g-vo.org/svn/trunk/projects/dm/ssldm/

Please feel free to review and comment on the DMWG list.

If no major issues are revealed, we could finalize the RFC process for 
the next interop.
