Hi Francois,
I've installed Aladin v10 (wonderful GUI, btw) on my macbook and tried to locate the SODA functionality, but no luck so far. I also tried to search for it in your latest v10 manual (French), but SODA not mentioned there either.
Can you provide me some more guidance here? Thanks.
Best Regards,

Hi all,
Answer to point 2 : try using Aladin. SODA client fonctionality is implemented in version 10

François
PS : for question 1 I don't know, but that's an interesting question.

Hello Everyone,
I'm glad to be able to finally land on this mailing list!
As some of you know, I've been actively developing SODA Image service for LSST. As
I go about fleshing out the functionality, I found a couple things that can be of tremendous help:
1. SODA validators. I already use CASDA's sodalint, and it's been very helpful. However, it does not really go much beyond DALI.
Are there any others that do deeper int SODA, e.g. async or batch processing? On service validation checks, are there TEST services out in
VO land that I can register my SODA service (assuming I can overcome the A&A aspect) for regular checking?
2. Related, is there a generic SODA test client, that can return images (FITS)? Maybe something that works similarly
to TOPCAT?
Thank you in advance for any pointers to my inquiry here!
btw, I'm going to the next Interop in Groningen, so will see you there.
Best Regards,
