Paris Interop - DAL sessions - 2nd call for contributions

Dear all,
this is the 2nd call for contribution to the DAL sessions
at the oncoming IVOA May 2019 Interop in Paris.

We still have room for contributions.
Topics can span from experiences/feedback on
access layer implementations, new ideas or topics
for discussion.

We're also promoting a session having a topic
based on TAP, authentication of endpoints and their
impact on applications, services and registration.
It will be a joint effort with GWS, Apps and Registry.
