DAL future page

Dear all,
       A "DAL future page" has been created a couple of monthes ago. It's
there : http://wiki.ivoa.net/twiki/bin/view/IVOA/DALFuture

It has been enriched after the last interop (Dataset discovery and
access evolution, MOC/TAP/ADQL combinations). Don't hesitate to add
there your own personal views, feddbacks and proposas for evolution.
