SODA RFC / comments on UCD

Dear IVOA Members ,

when reviewing the SODA specification, I noticed that the Filtering 
Parameters section (3.3) uses UCD terms that

convey relatively wide semantics.

the UCD list has been enriched  and new UCD terms could be used instead .

this would change Table 4 in the following and the related text of 
section 3.3 :
