ADQL-2.0 - Erratum 1 - DAL new review phase

Dear DAL,

while ADQL-2.0 Erratum 2 is being discussed at the
mail thread started here:

also Erratum 1 for the same specification has been
ported into wiki format and requires further attention
by the DAL members to be submitted for TCG
approval/rejection again.

also considering the ongoing work on BNF and future
change to PEG for the ADQL grammar.
