Summary of Time Series Data Meeting in Strasbourg

Dear TDIG, DAL and DM members, 

In the last interoperability meeting, we agreed that a set of minimal requirements would be gathered so as to help build a RoadMap for Time Series Data. 
With that purpose in mind, a meeting took place in Strasbourg on the 5-6 of December.
