DALI/TAP examples capability property

Hi chaps,
examples again.
The DALI WD discusses in section 2.3.2 the capability property:
The capability property for an example specifies which service
capability the example is to be used with. For example, if the text
is describing how to use a SODA-1.0 service, the example could contain:
ivo://ivoa.net/std/SODA#sync-1.0
... For specifications that do not define specific capability
identifiers, the IVOID for the specification itself should be used.
I'm not sure how to interpret this in terms of TAP examples validation.
Should a TAP example reference one of the following capabilities:
ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#sync-1.1
ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP#async-1.1
ivo://ivoa.net/std/TAP
If so which one? Is it allowed to reference more than one of these
capabilities in a single example? Is it required to reference
any of them? Are examples clients permitted or expected to
assume from context (e.g. because it's an examples document
hanging off a TAP service, or because it has TAP-specific
"query" property) that the examples are TAP examples?
The currently missing Examples example section 5.1.5 might help
to answer some of these questions.
thanks
Mark
