TAP_SCHEMA title columns

Hi DAL,

I've just noticed that while VODataService 1.1 defines "title"
sub-elements for the datatypes vs:Table and vs:TableSchema
(<table> and <schema> elements respectively), TAP 1.0 defines
no corresponding "title" columns for the tables TAP_SCHEMA.schemas
and TAP_SCHEMA.tables.  In other respects these two data structures
seem to map 1:1, which makes sense since you'd hope to be able
to get the same metadata from either the TAP_SCHEMA or the
/tables endpoint.

Is there any significance to this curiosity?  Was it an oversight?
Ought it to be corrected in a future version of TAP?
