There is sufficient material for me to add this to WD-TAP-1.1 
(somewhere).. at least as a placeholder that needs polish once 
everything crystallizes. And that WD-TAP-1.1 will be coming out "real 
soon now"... I just have to fix the cross-referencing now that I've 
switched to ivoatex :-)
